Description:

Project included construction of three full size football fields, two full size softball fields, and two half size soccer fields. Project required the installation of new storm sewer system, new detention pond and outlet structure, new asphalt drives and gravel parking lots, a new concrete walking track, new lighting, and new sanitary sewer, potable water, and electrical services for an intramural field house. The project was necessary in order to provide recreational facilities for students, faculty, and staff after the decision was made to use the existing fields as the site for the future football stadium. The total construction costs for this project were approximately $3.1 million.
