The Meridianville 1.5 MG Elevated Water Storage Tank project, developed for the Madison County Water Department, is a major system improvement completed in coordination with the 18-inch Water Transmission Main installed earlier this year. The 1.5-million-gallon elevated composite tank, constructed by CB&I, will enhance storage capacity, pressure stability, and service reliability for the Meridianville area. Construction is currently about 50% complete, with the concrete shaft finished, initial foundation piping installed, and active welding underway on the steel bowl structure. Once completed, the tank will serve as a critical component of the regional distribution system and support future growth.
